Brilliant work Tibor. I've just had a quick look and that seems to work nicely including the Bayer parameter. Glad I made a spare globe. I'll try the vector output  for adding the star names and try a laser printer for the next one although I was surprised how little the ink jet print ran when wet. For information I bought the box with the outer ring but the inner ring and globe were missing. It was quite challenging making a new inner ring with my limited tools. I think the originals globes were made of wood and plaster and don't age very well. Its very satisying to give this item a new lease of life which would not have been possible without your fantastic software.
