There are a couple of websites that do broad checks via various network access points. One of them has a domain name built from the question, "Down for everyone or just me?":

This site reports that it's not "just you". You can visit archived versions of that site at archive.org. It looks straight-forward. Were there specific tools there that you couldn't find elsewhere? Just for one example, have you experimented with the options in my "Nautical Almanac" web app:
