Hi Alan,
I can’t confirm any particular brand online. One action photo shows what I think is a Davis plastic sextant which would be a good choice.
Another news release about the return of CelNav had a photo of one of the many cheap sextant-looking-objects.
Since one story said they got several hours introduction and practice total, I’d think almost anything would work.
