Hi good folks, as per Duttons Nautical Astronomy and other great nav classics the problems are formally called radius of action and formula t=T×GSB ÷GSO +GSB where t= time to turn, T=endurance, GSO and GSB are ground speeds out and back respectively. My numbers pretty close to you folks
