Jason,
If you are ok with digital watches then the simple Casio F-91w gets it done nicely and it is water resistant using a 10 year lithium battery. Price is less than $10. I have chosen to upgrade mine with a Roma velcro band. If you are looking for a mechanical chronometer then good luck because they are expensive and not as accurate. The best value on these out there is the Orient Ray ll dive watch which hacks and winds manually as well as having an automatic function. Anything better than 5 seconds per day accuracy is good but you will need to wear on wrist always to maintain constant tempurature.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Orient-Mens-Ray-II-Rubber-Automatic-Stainless-Steel-Diving-Watch-FAA02008D9/283414429987?hash=item41fcd10123:g:~l0AAOSwG3Zch~6-
