If using a Casio F-91 w or equivalent then expect accurate time to better than 2 seconds per week so you will only be out 8 seconds or so after one month which translates to 2 minutes of longitude. If you are at lets say 20N latitude then thats about 2 nautical miles so nothing to worry about.
