Hello!
I agree that the solar cell and radio-synchronisation are preferable, BUT!, but!, the ease of reading IS most important aspect!
G-Shocks are nearly bullet-proof but they are mostly in the brutal bijou field rather than a time-measuring tool/instrument application.
I'm still searching for the wrist-watch that would fit my demands: to be reasonably accurate, water-proof, and easy to read - with big seconds display. And preferably - "rattrapante" capable (with a recordable list of the time+date when I push a button to mark a moment of a sight).
