I'm reviving your older post to ask if there was ever a solution to your problems with Dewey Clark at Historic Timekeepers Restorations in Maryland. Six months ago I sent him $2,500 worth of antique watches, ans esentually perfect Hamilton 992E, a mint 992B with Canadian dial in a NOS mainliner case, and a WWII era Omega broad arrow pilots watch. Can't get him to respond via phone or email, and I'm trying to figue out if he is simply irresponsible to his customers or if there is something else going on with his intentions.
Were your watches ever returned?
