Gordon , Patrick Barclay here, my concern is as serious about the coast navigation school. Many international ship mates and captains had successfully taken at a distance courses in costal navigation and piloting and in celestial navigation from this great school ,located in Santa Barbara, California. Their course materials was the best. I truly shall like knowing that they are somewhere around !
