My quick off the cuff method as I would be using at sea gives me;
Course made good roughly; 158 degrees
Speed over ground; 4.5 knots
Estimated position; N 37°12' W 70°15'
Course and speed by plane trigonometry, and position using declination and equation of time from Eldridge's tide tables for year 2018 (the 4 year cycle for 2022)
