Oui, Kermit, I'm still here. The book turns up now and then on Amazon. There's one today for $17. Seven Seas Press did a great job; giving the book a hard cover and the content a comb binding, so the pages lie flat. As a side note, when I taught in a classroom or in-person, I called the method "Bracketing Noon," which I found more descriptive of how it works.
