The self leveling nature of liuid AH will always beat a mirror for accuracy. Calibrating the level(s) and other things affect true leveling of a mirror. But the mirrors really shine with their ability to reflect even dim starlight. Why limit yourself to the sun, moon and perhaps Venus, when a mirror opens up the entire sky? You can get better cuts of LIPs and more sight options when clouds block parts of the sky.
