    Compass direction from Moon
    From: Herman Dekker
    Date: 2020 Jan 16, 10:39 -0800

From a SouthAfrican (so below the equator) Survival training compagnie I received a newsletter
with the enhanched tip. Horns of the moon connection line point to North.

I know from experience that the same here abvove the eqator. Horns of the moon connection line point to South
is not correct. The line points in the "direction" of the South.

I wondred how far of the North or South is the direction of that line. I think it will depent on the latitude and how far
the bearing of the moon at that specific moment is from the N or S??

Is there a rule to calculated this?

    regards
