Shame on me for not grunting through the arithmetic to answer my own questions, but then again, I'm busy (or is it: lazy?)
How far back can we go? I see NA 1996 and 1997 in my book case. The pages are probably stuck tight.
Are Leap Years and UTC adjustments squared away or at least, down in the noise?
