So Greg, just to be clear. To get the GHA and Dec for 00hrs on a given date in 2019, I could take the GHA and Dec from the 2007 Nautical Almanac for the date of interest, then take the quadrennial corrections from the Bowditch Appendix H, multiply these corrections by three, then add the results to the 2007 Almanac values to derive GHA and Dec for 00hrs on the same date in 2019.
Do I have that right...?
