That is correct Geoffrey.
Example:For today 12 Oct 2019 at UT 00:00:00 Sun GHA (2007) 183° 19.7' summed with quad corr. (+.07) x3 = +.21'. Sun GHA (2019)= 183° 19.9'. My Nautical Almanac app has it at 183° 20.0'°so close enough. 12 Oct UT 00:00:00 Sun Dec (2007) 7° 10.2' S summed with quad corr. (+.60)x3=+1.8'. Sun Dec (2019) = 7° 12.0' S. The Nautical Almanac app shows 7° 12.1'S so again close enough. 12 Oct (2007) Aries GHA UT 00:00:00 is 20° 11.6' summed with D(3) table corr. 5.5' = 20° 17.1'(2019). The Nautical Almanac app shows 20° 16.8' so not perfect but I think good enough.
