Given that at a declination of 89.3°, a degree of SHA (longitude) is only about 2/3 of a nautical mile, why are you stating SHA to 0.1 minutes, or about two metres on the ground...? For the usual CelNav purposes, just stating SHA to the nearest degree would be good enough.
