Yep, Dutch. Don't know where. Grandfather immigrated sometime around 1910-20 when he was a kid. Grandmother was 2nd geratiin US also roots in Netherlands somewhere.
I had in mind an intermediate rotor (R1) with your longitude on it. Put your Lon on the date on the stator and set UTC time on R2 to index on R1. This means you wouldn't need to figure out LHA
