It turns out to be possible to port Joe Heafner's small ephemeris program in C, to run on a TI nSpire calculator, with the DE405 ephemeris. I cut down the ephemeris to two files of 20 years each. It takes a second or two to run and returns RA and declination for the solar system bodies. Resuls within a fraction of a second of MICA.
Largely pointless maybe, but shows what the current generation of calculators is capable of.
