If you're navigating by lead, log and lookout and leeway is around 10 degrees but unknown, currents are uncertain and you've got a plain chart, maybe it is close enough?

Having a course in ~11° increments must lead to significant uncertainty of position. Better that nothing, but still - how would it qualify by today's standards?
