Just to close out this little topic... Thanks to some suggestions from several people in that FB group that I mentioned in an earlier post, I have found a very close match for the star chart in the film. It's Ball's "Popular Guide to the Heavens". The 4th edition from 1925 has those few stars, like Markab, that are very close to the RA lines very close to their plotted locations. It claims to be epoch 1925, and it's within some small variation from that date by precession. Maybe it was calculated for 1915 and then printed in 1925. Or maybe the calculation was just very slightly imprecise.

And attached below is a composite from the online 1925 edition. I also found an advert for it in Lecky's "Wrinkles in Practical Navigation" (1912 ed.).
