When does astronomical Spring (northern hemisphere) start today? It's around 2124 UT (5:24pm Eastern US time), but when exactly? And what's the proper definition of the event, astronomically speaking? Is it when the RA/SHA of the Sun hits zero? Or is it when the Dec of the Sun is at zero? Do they differ?? And why do they differ??
