Wow!! Nice work. I was planning to post here something saying "I think maybe Herbert Prinz was your source back around 2008" [which, considering how close it was, makes me feel good about my remaining neurons :) ]. Terrific sleuthing on your part tracking it down even without that clue. And yes, H.P. knows this material inside and out, and I do believe he was correct on the matter. Herbert doesn't post here anymore, and sadly I haven't heard from him in a long time. Beginning about five years ago, his family obligations called him away from our trivial pursuits :/.
