I liked your stall at NEAF. I’d been thinking of doing something myself in the UK. Bearing in mind the litigious nature of just about anything these days, do you take any precautions to prevent a customer, especially a child, slipping out the shades and attempting to view the Sun whilst you’re distracted? An aircraft sextant might be better, no need for an AH, and you could tape over the shade selector, but it might not be recognised as a sextant like a marine one would, and you might need to set up a mounting.
