Determination of the GHA of Aries

I'm trying to determine the GHA of Aries given only the GHA/dec of the Sun. The First Point of Aries is defined but I'm having difficulty determining the GHA for any date/time within the epoch for the Sun's data. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me understand this.
