If you're looking to point solar panels, MICA is overkill. There's some relatively simple formulae here:

And for future reference, GHA Aries is Greenwhich Sidereal Time converted to an angle. In MICA, you want:
- Calculate
- Date & time
- Sidereal Time...
- Date & time
I believe the navigational almanacs use Greenwich Mean Sidereal Time specifically, but then we get back to the "overkill" bit.
