I started making such a watch  as project to learn how to program an
Arduino but never finished it. Now there are lots of Arduino watch
projects and it would be easy to change the software to do whatever
you want.

I was also day dreaming about how to make a time display appear in a
telescope or sight tube cheaply and easily.

Of course you could also make your own scientific calculator just for the lols!
