Digital wrist watch with specific capabilities
    From: Pedro Redondo

Need some help from all of you:
I want to have a wrist watch I can use during my Celestial Navigation sights with the following features:
1- While showing the Local or UTC time to the second, I would like to stop the clock by the push of a button. That would allow me to “more or less” to the second stop the clock and note both the time and Sextant altitude. I know other ways of doing it but, this would be an easy one for me.
2- Normally, we can only define alarms to the minute. I would like to set an alarm to the second. For instance, while taking the Sun Mer Pass, if I want to be precise, I need to use seconds, therefore, if I know my Local Apparent Noon to the second, I would like to set the alarm to that exact time and note the Sextant Altitude.
I appreciate this may be for some of you overkill and also, you’ll tend to offer me alternative solutions and opinions. However, what I’m looking for is if you know of any digital wrist watch with these capabilities.
    Many thanks
