    Oops!  I wrote: "Smallest angle to be measured = 50ft at 10,000yds = tan-1 50/30,000 = 0.003 degrees = 0.18 minutes or an angle between mirrors of 0.9 minutes (maybe)."  I'm not sure what I did wrong but tan-1 50/30,000 is of course 5.7 minutes of arc.  I'm looking for the left-hand end of the actuate bar being either not connected to anything, or there's a hidden fourth link, because three links make only to a rigid triangle.  DaveP
