And below are some examples for estimating nautical sunrise and sunset for 1November, 11th:
EoT: -16
dec: 17S
51N 17E
- nautical sunrise: 0609 - 0015 - 0008 = 0609 - 0023 = 0546
- Nautical sunset: 1750 - 0015 - 0008 = 1750 - 0023 = 1727
USNO Twilight returns 0545 and 1726, respectively.
