I am actually trying to solve that problem right now on my ECDIS simulator.
What I've come up with is creating an object at a DR position. I then use that DR position as the DR for my star reductions. Using a calculator/computer, I do the reductions until I have an Zn and intercept for each body.
Using the range/bearing function of the "radar" plotting aid in the manual navigation menu, I create LOP's based on the star data. The ECDIS then uses the LOP's to make a running MPP.
I really wish that they had a celnav engine in there where I could input static data and then just enter in time, Hs, and body to do all of this automatically.
