The magnetic north pole is moving towards Siberia and away from Canada at an ever-increasing rate. 250 miles towards the geographic pole between 1900 to 1940, another 250 miles 1940-1980 -- and then another 250 miles between just 1980 and 2000, and on track for another 250 by 2020! Magnetic pole is now past International Date Line. "It's like Canada and Siberia are in a giant tug-of-war for the pole and Siberia is winning."
