I wondered why the Sun's Declination values in the Eldridge table are
calculated for GMT 17:00?
Mostly compact sun's declination tables are calculted for UT 00:00:00
This table is specific for Lon -75°, did Mr. Eldridge lived there?
So he made his own local Declination table?
