I replied to you privately as well (with the archive).
Those drawings are wrong on the part of Alidade - the 9-10-11-12-13-14-15 hours scale lacks the 11:55, 12:00 and 12:05 marks. This is because all the scales are made same size - which cannot be for the different thickness of details. All scales but 3-4-5-6 and 18-19-20-21 need re-scaling.
I plan to create the properly scaled drawings but I'm yet to master the AutoCAD or CorelDraw... :)
