I listened in to David's talk last night " A Lancaster Navigator's Logs and Charts Analysed" and it was very interesting. You must have done a great deal of research David and it showed. Well done that man!
My illusion of navigators reaching the target by bubble sextant was shattered. Now you now need to find some logs where they were used, perhaps astro compasses as well.
I don't suppose it got recorded did it? IThere are others who would be interested.
