I've always wondered and never checked into it until asking now but they plot those RDF bearings on a flat map (and the accuracy of those bearings is debatable to start). The distance from Niko/Gardner to Oahu and Wake is around if not more than 2000 miles. Where would those lines converge (or not) if they were to be plotted on a globe? I think TIGHAR is on very thin and cracking ice with that hypothosis as there is too much assumption to rely on for any piece of thier "evidence".
