It was downloadable from Gary's site (https://sites.google.com/site/fredienoonan/home), but that site seems to be unavailable now. (Google discontinued the "old-style" Google sites, may that be the reason?)

It could be found on Navlist too, but the searching is not working right now and old links are broken, so I attach them.

I've had a pack generated by R. Stuart including the Flat bygrave and an original manual. Please note that Gary's version require some special rules (because the half length scales), that was described on his webpage, so the original manual does not work with it in every case.

I also attach mine version, it differs only that it has full scale length (0...180°) as the traditional, so the original book can be used.
