That’s lovely to see Tracy. I’m going to have to get my A12 calibrated when it gets a bit warmer. It’s interesting that you took the time to calculate the mean altitudes and didn’t just wind back to the median shot and read that straight from the sextant as I believe was the original idea for the A12. The 01.24 and 01.46 observations had an odd number of readings. Accepting the median would have been within 1nm for the 01.24 but about 2.3nm out for the 01.46, so using the mean clearly pays off. Let me know if your flying to the UK, and I'll try and get an a spare RAF MkIXA to you to try on the way home. DaveP
