Here is THE final edition of the 4-place (floating point) Natural Haversines Table. I made subscripts under each part of the table with the usage explanations and examples.
This table is sort of "general purpose", not necesserally used for the All-Haversine Doniol SR. For the latter (I wholeheartedly agree with Greg!) the more user-friendly and better fitting for the longhand calculations - the "fixed point" 4-place table should be used.
