Re the Brown-Nassau spherical computer, do you know what part of the Smithsonian possesses it? The Smithsonian is enormous, with several museums, multiple collections, and a huge number of historical pieces in storage. If you can provide some guidance, I will try to find it. Otherwise, I'd be looking for a needle in a haystack.
