Frank posted an email about his on-line celestial navigation courses to be offered next month. Having taken these courses when he offered them at Mystic Seaport Planetarium and online, the content and involvement are similar, well explained by him, permit interaction, and would meet anyone’s expectations for professionalism. The materials and handouts alone are well worth the price of the course. I truly encourage anyone to take the course in this live and online format: Frank does not disappoint.
