Jeremy and others may be interested to learn that French sextant retailer NavAstro has recently begun offering an OEM part that replaces the standard Freiberger micrometre with a vernier version reading to 0.2'. It costs 60 Euros VAT included; sales to non-EC countries would be somewhat less.
