Only if the "radio sextant" is real technology with reliable accuracy
The technology is real. I found a recent article (translated in English) of one of the developers of radio sextants in soviet union (see attached pdf file). It tells about 40 year-history of this devices in soviet navy. In fig.1 one can see the antenna post of SAMUM-radio sextant (SIMOOM in english ). I also found a 3D-photo of it (it stems from comparison of details in both photos).
why did it disappear from naval vessel ?
It was realized (earlier in US and later in USSR) that artificial satellites is more perspective way: much more applications, preciser and so on (but as we already know, prone to influence from outside - spoofing).
