I am indoors right now...and the time delay is 3 seconds.
Now wait...a moment ago it showed it was reading 7 satellites, and gave me the time. Now it says it can see only 3 satellites and it is insufficient to get the time.
So the display is a bit dynamic.
When I got up this morning, it was around 0°F, so I have not yet played around with this app while outside.
