While the article has a sensational headline "GPS degraded" it clearly says at the beginning that you can walk off the plane and get an accurate GPS signal.
Tonight's American TV news mentioned these flight cancellations and delays -- and then pointed out that they were all on small, regional carriers - the folks who often use the Bombadier aircraft mentioned in this article. None of the big global carriers such as American, United, or any of the European national carriers have experienced any problems.
If your Ford blew up while your neighbor's Chevrolet or the other neighbor's Mercedes didn't, would you blame it on the gasoline common to all three?
I for one will wait for a full explanation rather than sensationalistic headlines...
