Dear Bob,
Thank you for the head-up regarding the ut1-time.colorado.edu NTP server!
You could also try listening to the time signals from RWM (4996kHz, 9996kHz and 14996kHz), which have better resolution of the delta value: DUT1 (0.1sec) is transmitted just like at WWV, the dUT1 (0.02sec) is transmitted as doubled-ticks on 21st-24th second marks (positive value) and doubled-ticks on 31st-34th second marks (negativee value).
Right now, 2018-03-11T09:35 UTC the delta is 2·(+0,1) + 2·(-0,02) = 1,6sec
Regards,
Tony
PS: I use my recently restored Sony ICF-SW100 (first generation) which had its' ribbon-cable torn.
