Things are usually more complicated than they first seem.........
HO208 gives altitude and azimuth.
The original Norie A-K table gave altitude only. My worksheet is based on Norie 1970 which is a revised version of the original so the format may not be the same as the original "Ogura" version. The 1970 A-K tables have been amended to give azumuth but I have not included azimuth in my worksheet. 1944 and 1970 versions of Norie A-K are attached.
