The compact version of 211 by Allan Bayless was first published in 1980, but I don't know for how long. There was a second edition which added the Sadler method for where K in the "forbidden zone".

The 3rd edition of H.O. Pub 211 remained in print until 1971 after which Ageton tables were printed in the American Practical Navigator (Bowditch) 1975 & 1981 Vol. 2 as table 35. Ebay and Amazon are good places to pick up used Pub. 211s.
