    H.O. 249: rounding Ho
    From: Igor S.
    Date: 2020 Mar 17, 15:56 -0700
    Hello everyone,
I have a practical question about sigh reduction with H.O.249. The outcome of H.O.249 is Hc which has always integer value of minutes. Meanwhile Ho has a decimal. Does it make sense to round Ho so that the intercept = ( round(Ho) - Hc )  is also an integer number? It makes plotting LOP's a little bit easier.
In examples from the book "CN by H.O.249" by J. E. Milligan, he uses Ho without rounding.
    kind regards,
    Igor
