Geoffrey Kolbe: That seems patently true - with my whole horizon mirror I’m superimposing one image over another. But isn’t it true that the “A2 altitude correction” in the Nautical Almanac to be applied also includes a correction for atmospheric refraction? I wonder how I can remove one from the other?
